I have just had Zerorez carpet cleaning for the 3rd time and I have been impressed each time. This last time was the BEST, however. The tech who provided the on-site services, Chad, was so professional and friendly. He arrived on time and, while inspecting the area to be cleaned, he placed corner protectors to prevent potential wall damage by his equipment. He asked questions about my needs and concerns, addressed them and went to work. Prior to doing so, he explained the processes and the approximate time needed to do the work. Afterwards, he asked for my inspection. I asked him to treat 2 small areas again, he acquired an additional product from his truck, treated the spots and the carpet was spotless. He then explained wear areas on my carpet and described treatment that Zerorez had to maintain high traffic areas. I was concerned about the health safety of that product and he addressed it.
Chad paid great attention to maintaining clean and tidy work as he worked.
Zerorez is easy to work with for scheduling and they offer great discounts. I will continue to be their customer.

The carpets had 7 years of dirt and pet residue on them. I was amazed at the results! The smell was fresh and wonderful! Some of the pet stains came right out. What impressed me the most was how hardened black slime came out. The technician was doubtful, but it worked!

Chris performed our carpet cleaning and explained everything - he was on time and courteous. Jordan completed our vent cleaning and he also was on time, professional, and answered all of our questions.

My carpets needed a thorough cleaning. I have been seeing the advertisements on TV and hearing the ones on the radio about Zerorez. I decided to try them and am so glad I did. My carpets look so much better. The house smells great . I also had my couch and two chairs cleaned. Great way to start spring cleaning. Kwame and Jamal were so nice and professional. I would use Zerorez again.

Very impressed with my service. I am a first time user and will absolutely use Zerorez again in the future. The tech that came to my house was very quick and communicative. The quality was superb. I was taken on a very thorough walkthrough of the house before and after cleaning. I knew exactly what I was getting, exactly how much it was going to cost, and was assured of the quality of the job before the tech left. Would I recommend Zerorez? I already have.
