Adam my technician was great. He called in advance, was on time, walked me through the process for each area and cleaned up everything once he was done. The carpets are very clean almost like new. I am thinking of having the couches cleaned next. Excellent experience with Zerorez.

The staff is always very friendly. Add on services are always mentioned but not in a pushy manner.

Great customer service. Between the texts, emails and my call from tech before the appointment was actually done 30 mins before his arrival and he was on time. Nothing worse than sitting around all day for them to show up in the last hour of a 3 hour window.

My tech Shane deserved a rating higher than a 10! Very personable, told me all about the other services available to me.
