I was well-pleased with how quickly Anna responded to my request for carpet cleaning. Within a couple of days, the appointment was scheduled to include a good price from a current sales promotion. The technician Sid, called and came a couple of hours earlier than the appointment time. In about an hour Sid cleaned the four rooms professionally. The smell was not offensive but clean and only lasted a few hours. This was our first time choosing Zerorez and I hope to work with them again in the future.

The carpets looked great afterwards. I appreciated the technicians honesty about how to handle stains/moisture within the carpet. The price was worth the work!
