Services---The person you sent to do the cleaning was a young man named Jose. He was knowledgeable and personable and went about his task with an air of professionalism and confidence. I thought he was great. He told me exactly what he would do when he found a different kind of stain than anticipated.
Products--I have no idea of exactly what products Jose used, but they did the job. Our carpets have never looked better---except maybe when they were brand new.
