I think his name was "Joe". He did a phenomenal job! He took his time and our carpets look brand new. Thank you, Joe!

Adam was great! He did a beautiful job on the carpeting. We also had him test a fabric sample from our two sofas and then he was able to clean both of those before he left. He explained what the was in the cleaning solutions so I was comfortable having him use them in our home.

Your technician did an excellent job seemed very careful in my house and although I have not seen the end product because I am out of town now I look forward to getting home and seeing the results

Fast and easy to set up.

The products worked amazing on our 30 plus year old carpet we were going to replace before COVID. We are selling our home so the realtor suggested we just have them cleaned. I am pretty sure we got the best technician you have and we really appreciate you sending William to do the job. William is on time, honest and did a fantastic job for us. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez to anyone. I could not believe what he did with our old white carpet.
