Someone called me back even though i did not leave a message! Gerald was my serviceman who cleaned furniture and an area rug. He was attentive to all our questions and the tasks of cleaning. We have white carpets which we've had for over 15 years and Zerorez has taken care of them from the start and has kept them in good condition. After an awful experience with a technician a year ago, Kwame (who had served us before) cane back this week and the carpets look great again.
