First of all the gentleman that cleaned my house was very polite and he knew what he was talking about. You could tell that he had been trained well. The carpets look fantastic and the pet smell is gone so the enzyme treatment worked well. I will use zero rez again and have already recommended them to friends.

The technicians were amazing. Cris and Paul were knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, courteous, accomodating and hard working....just to name a few adjectives. Our rugs look GREAT and we have already noticed a difference from having our Air Ducts cleanned. I am very happy with the level of service from the technicians.

Clean! Many stubborn spots were removed.

But there is one issue, the van that parked in the driveway had to be left on and the exhaust killed or burned the plants in that area.
