We bought a home that was in desperate need of carpet cleaning. In fact, we didn't think the capet could be cleaned. We thought we would have to buy new carpet and dreaded the additional cost. We were amazed Zerorez got the carpet so clean it looks new. The technician was professional and worked extremely hard to clean and spot the carpet. It's almost too good to be true. I hope the stains don't reappear in time.

Your employees were very flexible when we were not able to be home when they were on their way, and they sent someone later that day when we would be home. They explained what they were doing, and how long to wait before moving furniture back. They worked quickly and got all 3 rooms done in under an hour. The carpets look great and I especially like the fact that there is zero rez left on them! They were very professional and efficient. I will be setting up another appointment next summer, if not sooner!

I like that you provide the water and power to clean the rugs. The man was courteous and aimed to please and he did a great job. So far, the pet stains have not resurfaced. Also, it only took 4 hours to dry unlike other cleaning companies. Yes, I would highly recommend Zerorez to my friends!

The employees are extremely professional and very friendly. Every technician we've ever had out to the house has been more than willing to describe their process in detail. They are also fast, efficient, and do an excellent job. The end result is always top notch.

My carpet was riddled with stains. We had already had it cleaned when we purchased and had come to grips with the spotty appearance. We called zerorez for a freshen up and ended up with white carpet!! We thought it was beige! Paul did an amazing job, and take it from someone who has used the carpet cleaning "specials" from the paper, this is totally different. A level of service and results I couldn't have predicted and much more than I hoped for!! Can't wait to have it done again when it's time to sell!
