I was thrilled with the results. Your carpet tech (Chris) arrived on time and was extremely professional. It had been some time since my carpet was cleaned and there was a definite "traffic pattern" soiling problem. I was worried that it would need to be replaced in the near future. After Chris worked his magic, the pile is lifted, soil removed and it looks fantastic.
