Prompt, courteous service and trustworthy employees. They were able to move my appointment up but I had a doctors appointment that conflicted with their arrival time. They were able to arrange their schedule so I could get to my doctors visit and get my carpet cleaned on the same day. I have carpet which is over twenty years old and I also have a dog who is older and occasionally has accidents. After Zerorez cleans my carpet it looks new, stains are gone, there is no residue, it dries quickly and there are no lingering odors. In spite of problems with the truck on the first appointment, Jaeson returned 5 days later and completed the job, doing a wonderful job in the process. It was an inconvenience to me because the furniture we had moved for the first appointment had to remain moved until the job was finished, costing us some time and having to eat out a couple of times extra.
