Prompt, courteous service and trustworthy employees. They were able to move my appointment up but I had a doctors appointment that conflicted with their arrival time. They were able to arrange their schedule so I could get to my doctors visit and get my carpet cleaned on the same day. The cleaning by Zerorez was amazing and with two dogs in the house, it was terrible. After they cleaned it looked and smelled brand new, no stains or odors. i highly recommend Zerorez for any pet owners who need carpet cleaning. You will be happy you called them.

I have carpet which is over twenty years old and I also have a dog who is older and occasionally has accidents. After Zerorez cleans my carpet it looks new, stains are gone, there is no residue, it dries quickly and there are no lingering odors. Most importantly, the technicians are polite, professional and respectful of my home's contents.
