We liked the fact that the carpet was not soaking wet and dried in a few hours. Birch and Carlos were very friendly and gave us a fair price to clean some additional areas. They also used a stain removal product on stains that remained after they cleaned the carpet at no extra charge and the product completely removed the stains. We appreciated the great customer service we received. Our carpet looked like new after it was cleaned.
There isn't anything we don't like. The scheduling was easy, the day of, we received a call from the tech and he was right on time. He explained the process and went to work.

The cleaning tech was on time friendly. My carpet had a dark stain that keeps coming back he cleaned it very well and added a product that he stated would keep the stain from coming back.

The service man was so good. He went over the carpets with me and explained each stain and what to expect with the cleaning. He explained about the type of carpet I have (burbur sp?) And how stains react with this type of carpet. Once the carpets were cleaned they looked amazing.
To sum it up, it was a very positive experience.
No fragrance and carpet is so soft after cleaning.
