Prompt a very thorough
I am very happy with the service and how the carpet looks like new again. I do wish that I'd been asked about adding scotchguard and informed of the other services when I was given the estimate. As it turned out the estimate was a lot less than the actual cost.

The carpets look and smell like new when they are finished. Birch was our technician for our last cleaning. He went above and beyond to improve spots that our little dog had made. There are no negatives with Zerorez. We highly recommend.

Both guys were very nice and very fast! They left my carpets looking like a million bucks. Friendly and I would have them back when the time comes to get a refresher

The two ZeroRez technicians arrived on time, walked us through each room before and after cleaning, were professional and friendly and left us with clean carpets.
Always a great job-trustworthy, reliable, consistent & enjoyable to work with each time. I first started with them because of the process to clean my carpets. I have appreciated their recommendations for the care of my carpets. My first time was when one of the owners, Stacey, cleaned my carpets. They were just starting up in the Portland area.
Very professional, personable, and did a great job. Very thorough.
