Wyatt did a meticulous job of cleaning our carpets. First, he went over the carpet areas lookiing for problem areas, giving me options, and detailing costs. We have pets, so there were problem areas. When he left - the carpets looked and smelled fresh. Zerorez have cleaned our carpets twice a year for many years and we have always been pleased. I would highly recommend their services.

Customer service was amazing! I had ducts cleaned one week and carpets the next. The duct cleaning wasn’t quite what I expected and I provided requested feedback post-service. I was contacted almost immediately and staff came out to make sure the work was complete and I was satisfied. I am grateful for Zerorez and would call on them again for duct and carpet cleaning!
