Very easy to book online, text and email follow-ups to confirm the appointment. Matthew showed up at right on time at 10:00am (service window was 10:00am-2:00pm) and he was very professional and attentive to our needs and concerns. He was upfront about pricing and expectations and the service we received was exactly what we paid for. This is the second year we have used Zerorez and it won't be the last. Would highly recommend.
