Rafael was very clear in his explanations and very careful and thorough in the work performed. I had added some seat cushions to the job and he got out some stains that I thought we would have absolutely no chance of getting them taken care of. The technician was very polite. Since I was doing a very small area in one room, I was given one of my service for free service. Was in and out in an hour. I also really like that they use natural cleaning products that are not harmful to animals and humans.

The technician was a very, very nice young man. The carpets weren't as clean as they've gotten in the past (we use you guys a few times a year), but that may be because our carpets are getting older, and they are fairly light in color.
Easy to schedule, friendly, professional and knowledgeable technicians. Rug always looks amazing after they clean it. Very reasonable drying time, as it's not soaking wet like with other carpet cleaners. They even provide Styrofoam barriers if you need to put your furniture back before the carpet is completely dry. Still the best!

Jamie, the technician was on time, professional, courteous, pleasant, thorough, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and took great care in making sure my walls and furniture were protected before starting the job of steam cleaning the ceramic tile and grout in my master bathroom and entry hall. Jamie ensured I was satisfied with the job before leaving my home. It was a great experience, not only with Jamie the technician who came to my home, but with the whole process starting with the online request for an estimate, followed by an email confirmation of the cost of the job and appointment date, to the call 15 minutes before arriving, to the follow-up email after the appointment. Great customer service.
