Absolutely no odor after the process was complete.
We had some pretty bad stains...some from our dogs but worse ones from when I was very sick over a month ago. Those are all cleaned up now. The young man arrived on time and got right to work. Zerorez has always done an excellent job.

Great service - on time- even early. Explained what would happen and then did just that and more. Had corner protectors and was very mindful of our furniture. When he was done, he walked us through the entire cleaned area and explained what to expect. He did a very complete job but in a timely fashion. I would recommend Zerorez Portland to anyone.
I don't do surveys but I want you to know that your company is the only one I will ever use again. Your workman was skilled, professional and worked straight through to get the job done. I had chem dry do it last year and there was little difference when they left. The carpet was stiff and still dirty. Your person cleaned all of that up and it looks great again and the carpet is soft. I tell everyone that needs a carpet clean to call you. I am not sure how your system works but it gets the job done beautifully!!!!!!
