I've been using Zerorez for 9 years. I like the cleaning process that does not use soap. The truck mount method removes most of the water and is a cleaner end result. Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning service that I have used. They also cleaned a sectional sofa & it looked brand new. The other company definitely did not clean it thoroughly the first time. I like the fact that on my deep clean areas Gaberial will come back if the stain does reappear. We have three dogs!! Shout out to Gaberial who went the extra mile, was polite & on time!

Carpets look great

We are realtors and this cleaning order was our gift for our clients. I included my own area rug to be cleaned at the same time. Our technician went over and above his duty. He gave great communication about what he was going to do and any possible glitches that might come up. He went the extra mile by calling me to tell me that my husband took the area rug away from the house before it got cleaned. I was able to contact my husband to instruct him to return the rug. The carpets turned out great and I will definitely call Zerorez for our next client gift. I hope we get the same technician.
