Zerorez has cleaned our carpets for years. We had a "pet" spot that we tried to remove by ourself only to make it worse. We finally called Zerorez. The technician made the spot disappear. First and foremost they actually know what customer service is!!! All personal were professional and polite, as always and carpets very clean with no residual chemicals that dry out your skin when you walk on the carpet.
