Technician did a good job and got out all the stains. The scheduling had some glitches. I'm not sure if wrong address was put in, but they kept calling my phone and not the person's number that was the contact, and I was at work. initially technician waited at the wrong address.

Nick, the technician, was very pleasant and clear about cleaning options. He was considerate of our home and did an excellent job.

I appreciated the ease in scheduling, the promptness of the technician (as well as their communication en route), but most of all the clear difference in my upholstery following the cleaning. Despite being several years old, the fabrics look practically new. Also worth noting, when I pointed out a small spot that still surfaced, the technician promptly addressed and assured me that if it came back that they would return. For the record, it has not and everything looks fabulous.

Your product doesn't seem to soak up the carpeting as much as others and I like the fact that there's no residue left behind.
