Thank you Zerorez staff for your friendly responses. From my initial call you politely asked questions of me to get my expectation clear. I was given an estimate of the cost which could very if once the cleaning assoicate arrived and did a walk through with me. An appointment was made based on my schedule. I preferred a morning appoint. Office staff explained I could expect a reminder call as well as a call from the cleaning associate to let me know the estimate arrival time of 15-20 minutes.

Everything went just as planned. The cleaning assoicate knocked at the front, introduced herself and asked if she could see what we had in mind. She wore blue paper booties tthroughout her time here. Once we did the walk through she got right to work.

We have berber carpet that cleans well. Besides the floors, it covers 13 steps. Over the years, the edges of the steps that meet the walls darkens. The cleaning associate explained why that occurs and asked if I would like to have them treated. It was an additionly cost. I have been a return customer for over 10 years but hadn’t heard of this treatment. She explained it was a newer treatment. I said absolutely give it a try. I also was asked what areas I would like a high traffic protective treatment, I opted for the stairs. Also an added cost.

The cleaning was done probably between 1 - 1 1/2 hrs. The carpet looks like new! The carpeted steps cleaned up nicely at the wall edges, too. The areas cleaned dried within 6 hours.

The cost to have the carpets cleaned, truly cleaned, was well worth it. I am very pleased. I continue to endorse, recommend, and praise Zerorez.

Our technician did such a nice job and was so friendly and kind, he was enjoying to have in our home.

My wife and I have paid for Zerorez to perform cleaning services for our home several times. Generally we can get an appointment in a reasonable about of time, there is good improvement in our freshly cleaned carpet, the technicians are professional, polite, and efficient, and the price is generally reasonable.

The Zach tech was courteous and professional. The cleaning went very well and we were surprised at how good the carpets look.
