Tech was detailed in his comments and a huge help with an updated estimate while at the property due to some discrepancies in SF in various areas of the house. He got started while I got an updated approval from our client. 10 stars for this guy!

I was pretty sure our 30 year old carpet would not clean up so well, but it looks really good after the ZeroRes treatment. Our technician was conscientious and thorough, and got great results. We paid extra for cleaning the dark edges by the baseboards, and it was well worth it—our house looks renewed!
