Our technician was very friendly. We were expecting arrival between 2-6pm and received a call from technician saying he was 15 minutes out. I said oh snap you are 2 hours early. My husband and I had to rush around to get the rest of what needed to be done, done. Technician apologized and said sometimes our times get moved around. I said okay and he was understanding that everything wouldn't be vacuumed well.
We have noticed our spare bedroom to still have a urine smell. Because we had no hallway and added on the option 1 enzyme... our technician was able to provide three spots to be done with option 2 (less than a 3x3 area). We are hoping as the carpet becomes more dry and we can vacuum the smell will lesson.
We will use this company again in the future for sure.

Rafael cleaned our carpets which had a lot of pet soiling. The result was much better than I had expected. The carpets smell and look fresh and clean. Also the carpets did not take long to dry.
