The house smelled clean and fresh but not like it was covered up.

The use of empowered water instaed of soaps that leave residue makes sense. Very pleased with the tech and outcome of our job a little pricey it seemed but a lot of work perfomed so cost not a much as issue. Amazed on the findings in our ducts on a 12 year old home. I think all new homes should have ducts cleaned at time of final prep before sale and even used homes before put on market. New ownwers would start with a clean slate (ducts)for piece of mind.
