It was not very wet when he was done. The carpet was soft not crunchy when it dried. It seemed to lift the pile of the carpet. It looks great!!!!

The fact that you don't use shampoos, because I had heard years ago that shampoos would act like a magnet, attracting dirt. Also I noticed that acompany that had shampooed the carpet here before had not rinsed the carpet after putting on heavy amounts of shampoo. As a result the carpet felt sticky,and stiff. My carpet after having been shampooed by Zerorez, is soft, and it feels clean.

What I liked about the product was the process of using the 'empowered water' rather than a chemical process to clean the carpet. There was no residual odor as I have noticed with other cleaning processes. Noticeable was that none of the stains which sometime reappear with tradtional cleanings, reappeared when the carpet dried. It seemed to me that, perhaps, without the chemicals to coat the carpet fiber, the carpets appeared to completely dry in about two hours as opposed to a longer time with conventional cleanings. As an additional service I asked Stacy to make a preliminary 'swipe' on the kitchen linoleum. I was stunned (as well as embarrassed) by the result. Stacy graciously agreed to take the time to clean the linoleum right then and forego the need to make a second appointment. Comparable in cost, future carpet/linoleum cleaning will be with ZEROREZ. So pleased!

Jon was great! He got some very touch pet stains out of the carpet. He took the time to clean our sofa and recliner so well that they look brand new! I appreciated his positive attitude and hard work. We'll never go to another company, that's for sure!

i appreciated the friendliness and knowledge of the provider. he offered extra services but was not pushy. the carpets are the cleanest they've been since they were installed 20 years ago. i realize that my do it yourself cleaner was not getting the job done.

John was a very nice, polite and hard working, thorough man. Everything was explained, down to letting me see what spots looked green and blue under the special glasses.

No fuss company, carpets looked very good. I was very pleased with the outcome. Equipment was clean and sales person was clean.

I think time will tell as far as the product is concerned...however the carpets look good the product smelled great and dries quite fast. The service was wonderful... arrived in the time frame designated with a call prior to arrival...very courteous, very informative. I had an "add on" so to speak (cleaning a wool area rug) and he was very up front about the cost and did a good job. JOB WELL DONE !!!

He was ontime and called before coming. The carpet looks great and we are pleased with the results. He took time to explain what he planned to do and gave me some suggestions on how to keep the carpet looking better longer.

My carpets cleaned up very nice, but what I especially liked was the service of the employee. He was polite and did a thorough job. When I needed him to come back to fix a spot, he did that without any hesitation and gladly.
