They called to say that they were running ahead of schedule and showed up early. When does that ever happen during a 3 hour window? The guys were very prompt in completing the job and they were friendly yet professional. My carpets are very clean and soft. There was no stiff residue left behind and they look great.

I really like the idea of green cleaning and there being no residue left in the carpet and upholstery. In the past when we'd have the carpet cleaned, I know there was residue left because the carpet would have a kind of stiff feel to it and with Zerorez that feeling isn't there when you walk on it with bare feet. It feels soft, looks great and looks really clean. The couch and love seat look good, smell nice and everything dried really quick because of the process they use to clean. We would definitely use Zerorez again.
The men who came to clean my carpets and heating ducts were incredibly polite and accomodating. They did a beautiful job. I loved having my carpets cleaned without soap no odor no residue. I will definitly have them come out again.
