We have two dogs and have to get the carpets cleaned once - twice a year. Even after the carpets had been cleaned by other companies it seemed like the carpet started looking dirty again in a short time. The technician was great. He was professional and very hard working. I was very pleased with the results after the carpet cleaning. I also liked having one company do both the carpet cleaning and the duct cleaning as it was more cost effective and simplified the process.

First I enjoyed the person that was doing the cleaning.His attitude was friendly and he was very efficient in his work. He helped move some of the heavier pieces of furniture so as to get as much rug done as possible. The Zerorez cleaning action made the rug look very good when finished and others commented on it to that effect. It really did not take long and the drying time seemed minimal. There was no odor of any kind. Thank you I will be using this service again, and recommending it to others that need the various services that you offer.

The technician, Jon, was very professional. Jon called to let me know that traffic was going to be an issue that morning on the Interstate bridge and would be running 15 - 20 minutes late. Jon assessed the carpets to be cleaned and then got down to business rigging hoses,spraying the citrus based solution and raking it in to ensure optimum performance. I like the idea that the citrus solution cleans but will not leave a residue as does the competitors. Great Job.

I like it that you don't use detergents on the carpets. My carpets were clean, clean, clean. The spots that had reappeared after a previous cleaning from another company, (the spots were cleaned up but then they had reappeared, collecting dirt). Now they are gone from using Zerorez.
My tile in the hallway had a good cleaning also, and I loved the fact that John sealed the grout also. I would have never made the progress on sealing the grouts, so I thank you for offering that service.

It has been a couple of weeks and there are no signs of the huge pet stains coming back! I am so very pleased that after 15 years of never having our carpets professionally cleaned, they look almost new!

I like the idea of not using "soap" to clean the carpets. Finn was very nice, professional and did an awesome job cleaning my carpets.

driver was ahead of schedual but called first before coming over. was friendly and fast and didnt leave our carpet soaked like some other places have. results were outstanding even with all the little pee spots our puppies left,and the cat had left its lunch in a couple spots; that was gone and old food spills that had stained were gone. good job

John was thorough with our carpet cleaning and gave us good advice regarding care of our carpets; he was careful to protect all corners and furniture from hoses and the machine and kindly moved some objects and then put them back.

It's only been 2 days; so far I am very satisfied; have had problems in the past with high traffic use area, so, hopefully, with the zero residue (and the protective coat he put on)
the area will stay clean longer.
