I had an area rug over the carpet in the TV room "covering stains" that have been there for years even after a "steam carpet cleaning" service. Then this year with a new cat introduced into the house we had cat markings EVERYWHERE. We made plans to replace the carpets with laminated wood flooring, but something needed to be done right away. I heard a radio advertise Zerorez so I called Zerorez. Satisfied to the answers to my questions about the process an appointment was made. The technician was prompt, polite, and careful. In only 2 1/2 hrs. All the carpets in the house were clean. SO VERY CLEAN. No stains. Really, truly the stains were gone. So clean that we don't have to replace the carpets. I have shared this with my neighbors, friends and family. I'm calling Xerorez back to do duct cleaning and to clean the sofa and recliner. Zerorez is just part of the family now.

No chemicals in my carpet so I know it will be safe for my little children to play on after cleaning...great customer service..quick and easy to set up first appt. It made our carpet look fabulous!

The technician was early and that was great since it was a late afternoon appointment. He did leave a little patch of carpet here he used to wipe his feet on. Not sure how to get it back to him, or if it is needed to be returned. Other than that, all is okay.

Stacy did a terrific job cleaning the carpets but I was more impressed with having my air ducts cleaned. It was a very time consuming job. When Stacy realized my dryer vent wasn't blowing out air he even crawled under the house (oh yuck!) and found where it was disconnected and fixed it.

My carpet looked better with zerorez cleaning. The nap of the carpet perked up and the technician offered complimentary protection as-well. They are the best.

The technician was very accommodating and helpful and seemed conscientious in cleaning. As it turned out my carpets were only very lightly soiled so very little visual difference was noted after cleaning. They did however look fresher and feel softer.

I do have one pronounced snag in the berber in the doorway which was not there before that I will have to repair.

We had carpet cleaning and duct cleaning done by Zerorez. I have been totally satisfied the thoroughness of the process. Our tech, John, was professional and courteous. He answered my many questions about the duct cleaning process. He was even willing to come back at the end of his day and take care of some extreme soil filtration issues on the carpets around a few of our vents. He was able to removed 99.99% of the stain that had built up over many years. I highly recommend Zerorez and will schedule with them again.

I heard your ad on the Georgine Rice show and was looking for a company that did not use toxic chemicals being that I am an environmental consultant. I am more than impressed with your services and John was fabulous in the way he cleaned my home. When he left my carpets looked like new! I had not had my carpets cleaned in 13 years and could not believe how clean they look. To know there is no chemical residue, or detergents to attract new dirt is the frosting on the cake! We plan to use Zerorez again.
