How clean the carpets turned out and they were on time.

Other than some fragrance in spotting spray, I appreciated NOT having strong chemicals. My husband has respiratory concerns and is most alergic to fragrances. Also, our daughter is seriously ill and lives with us. She, also, cannot have chemicals or fragrances in the house. Finn's attitude was congenial, as he listened to my concerns. In Portland, my experience has not been that positive. People tend to be concerned about their own affairs. I appreciated his attitude in being a "good listener/!".
