We have just had our second visit with Zerorez of Portland. As was our experience with the first visit, the carpets seemed to dry faster than with a conventional cleaning. In addition, stains just don't seem to magically 'reappear' as they might with a conventional cleaning. This time we had a big coffee stain which was treated. Although the technician indicated it may not be removed, there was a noticeable lightening and lifting with the treatment. We'll be using this company/process whenever we need carpets cleaned.

We live on twenty acres with 6 adults, two dogs and two cats. I could not believe how clean they were able to get the carpets. I will be calling for my next 6 month cleaning.

It worked better than any other carpet cleaning I've seen before. The stains that I was concerned about did not reappear, and still have not reappeared! They were done so quickly that I had time to go do my other errands that day! I didn't have to worry about nasty residue that my dog could get sick on. I will have zerorez come back!!! :~)

While it's too early to tell how well the cleaning job will hold up, the service was quick and efficient. The carpets took much longer to dry than suggested, taking about 36 hours with a fan blowing and windows open during the day. The stairs were the hardest to dry. The carpets look very nice however.
