How professional Jeff was and he took the time to go over all of the services that I had requested. He also offered useful information about other services that you offer that might help the look and wear of my carpet. Jeff made my carpet look new again. He worked hard and did an outstanding job. The service was outstanding and the carpets came out looking great. We were moving into a home we just had purchased and wanted the carpets cleaned before setting the furniture. There carpets around the registers were very dirty looking and we were concerned if these areas could be cleaned. We were extremely happy to see how well they came out. Your service tech showed up at the time he promised and was very courteous and professional. I was very happy with the end result; the carpets (even though they are older) turned out very well, they looked great, smelled great and felt great. Absolutely sold on the tile cleaning...it now looks like new.

I like the honesty in not trying to sell me a service that they could not stand behind. We had pet stains and wanted sub-extraction, but they felt it would not perform as we wanted and instead just cleaned the area. I like a company that delivers in the best interests of the client.

Thorough and knowledgeable. Carpet and area rug, clean, clean, clean! A wool 8x10 area rug had gotten wet when the washer overflowed - we didn't realize it initially - the smell was horrible! The service was done on Wednesday, by evening carpet and rug seemed dry to the touch. We left for family gathering that same evening. Now Thursday night - they wet wool smell is minimal! Also appreciated that you stayed in touch to coordinate time of service. Excellence all the way around! Thank you for the endorsement Georgene Rice!

Staff is very courteous. Our carpet looks terrific. The only gripe I have is that we had our vents cleaned over a month ago and received a $25 coupon, which I forgot to use for carpets. Maybe in the future the staff could ask or remind the customer about the $25 coupon.
