Staff is very courteous. Our carpet looks terrific. The only gripe I have is that we had our vents cleaned over a month ago and received a $25 coupon, which I forgot to use for carpets. Maybe in the future the staff could ask or remind the customer about the $25 coupon.

I like that there is no leftover residue in the carpet. I like that it the process is environmentally friendlier than the use of harsh cleaning agents. I really like not having to vacuum afterwards.
The carpet was way cleaner than with any of the other carpet cleaning businesses we have used. We were very pleased! We also like how easy it was to schedule on line and set up an appointment time without even picking up the phone.

The results are AMAZING! Our pet stained carpets look nearly new. There is a night and day difference! I was skeptical at first, but the Zerorez process really did what the company claims. No more Internet solutions for removing pet stains for me; they simply don't work. Zerorez is on the spendy side, but sometimes for good service and a great product you need to pay the price.
Carpets were very clean and stay that way for longer than previous cleaners. Also the carpets are dry much quicker and do not have that slick feeling when wet. I have been very pleased with the cleaning of my carpets and furniture and will continue to use their services.
No soaps, knowledgeable seviceman , very timey service. Zerorez made my carpet looks beter than any other service I've used before. Has only been a couple of weeks but so far seems to be staying cleaner.
The service technician was very friendly and punctual, the carpets look brand new again, the price was right, and the dry time was quick.

Thorough and knowledgeable. Carpet and area rug, clean, clean, clean! A wool 8x10 area rug had gotten wet when the washer overflowed - we didn't realize it initially - the smell was horrible! The service was done on Wednesday, by evening carpet and rug seemed dry to the touch. We left for family gathering that same evening. Now Thursday night - they wet wool smell is minimal!
