The professionalism of the representative and the results of his services. We originally went through Angie's List and purchased a 3-room carpet cleaning for $99. The representative (Jeff) did the initial 3 rooms on Friday, and we were do impressed with the results that we contracted with him to come back on Saturday and do the entire upstairs (3 bedrooms and an office) plus the stairway. We were more than satisfied with the work he performed and would not hesitate to contract with Zerorez (and Jeff) again. Our 18 year old off-white carpet looks brand new!
Clean, neat, responsible and helpful service personnel. They always do a tremendous job and help me understand things that would be helpful in maintaining my carpets and I love the suggestions for other services I may need. I had vents and intake cleaned this time and wow what a difference. Next time I want to do my kitchen tiles. I would recommend their service to anyone who like professional and quality service.

Excellent results, even on a red koolaid stain. It didn't come out all the way but I don't have to put a rug over it anymore. Also, the carpet felt so clean, like when it was new!

As I thought, our carpet that I thought was so dirty, was just excessively worn in the major traffic areas. Jeff was very professional, but it bothered him not to be able to fix the worn areas. on time to start, no offensive odor during process, professional in all manners/respects, and the carpet looked like new even after using a prior carpet cleanning method. the carpet was stained from a special needs adult living in the condo.
First of all Jon was great, very polite and professional. My carpets were 16 years old. After Zerorez they smell and look fresh and are cleaner than ever. My 16 years old carpet looks fantastic!
