I want to thank you for such an awesome job on my pet destroyed carpet. My work hours are not conducive to being able to meet any service people so I arranged for my daughter to be here while the tech cleaned my awful carpet. The cleaning of our carpets by Zerorez had us thrilled to see clean carpets with in a short amount of time. Heavy traffic areas cleaned up better than we expected. The carpets are soft again.
