You were on time, the job was done in a timely manner, I was shown concerns but not pushed into buying anything extra, and the carpets look great!

It doesn't smell like chemicals right after the job was done... and the protective layer, though does have some smell, but ventilation after 5 hours and the smell was gone.
The technician showed up within the range he said he will show up, he was very clean and neat. He completed the house in about 2 hours, consulted with us what needs to be done and provided us with options of their current promotions. He did help move the sofa, so it was very helpful. The price was right and it was a great job overall.

Our technician was very patient, answering our questions and concerns. He showed us that our ducts were in desperate need of a cleaning; before and after photographs. Also, he was very efficient, yet wasn't afraid to spend extra time redoing a vent circuit that wasn't satisfactorily coming clean. Great job, overall.

Jon Houser was very professional, nice and polite, and friendly. He did a thorough job and our carpets look wonderful! He went the extra mile and worked on a spot of ground in chewing gum and to my surprise he got it out! I really appreciated that he did not try to "hard sell" me on additional rooms or products that would increase the amount we had agreed upon. I had that experience with another carpet cleaning company and it was so awkward and even annoying. We will definitely be using Zerorez again, and I will ask for Jon next time we need our carpets cleaned.

Very friendly and courteous. Was actually available early, for our appointment and did a good job. We have pets and lots of pet stains. Took out almost all of it (one really bad spot, but it is hardly noticeable now and the rest are gone.) Smelled good and dry time was short. Very happy with them

The house did not have a musty smell after the caroets were cleaned which was great. It took alot less time for the carpet to dry than other cleaners that I have had. The gentleman cleaning my carpet was very friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend this service to all my friends!

We hired Zerorez to clean our ducts. I could have gone cheaper but I felt that Zerorez used better cleaning equipment and I was confident that my ducts were clean when done. I did not feel pressured to add onto the job though options were offered. The tech, John, was a refreshing person to work with. His apperance was very good and he carefully explained all options and was extremely polite and professional. For me, customer service is 90 percent of the job. My expectations were well exceed in this... thank you John!

The carpets come out looking brand new every time I use zerorez. The customer service is excellent from my call to schedule an appointment, to the courtesy call from the tech that he's on his way, through the walk through of the tech to know what needs extra attention, to the finale of cleaned carpets. The tech is punctual, thorough and polite. THe job is done within 2 hrs. THe carpet dry within 8 hrs. I vacuum then put the furniture back in place. It's Spring-clean.

The service rep called before arriving, arrived on time, was courteous and provided good information, told me how long he thought it would take to clean the carpets, he was right. The carpets look great, and he service rep should be commended for his stellar customer service.

I like that there is no chemical residue or smell. My light (nearly white) 10 year old carpets look much cleaner and feel softer. The technician was friendly, punctual and worked quickly without any high pressure sales tactics to make a bigger sale. Overall, I am very impressed with Zerorez and will use them again in the future.
