Everyone is so friendly. When I call we go over what I'd like done. I get a call from the serviceman letting me know he's 15 min out or on his way. The serviceman comes to the door with booties in hand and we do a walk through of what needs cleaning. Within two hours the job is done. The carpets, spots and all are clean and dry within 4-6 hrs. No stiffness. Just freshness!

Absolutely NO smell after cleaning, which is one of the *key* reasons I responded to their radio advertising (thanks, KPOJ Carl!). I have a dog and cat and their messes were nicely cleaned up - by the friendly and low-key franchise owner himself. Carpet looks clean and fresh only concern the area that was flooded to treat animal stains is still wet. afraid spots will come back as the stains are in high traffic area. have placed towels on top of wet carpet to collect water and avoid traffic spots. will put a fan on the area today to help dry it.

The technician was very friendly and took the time to look at each problem spot and gave honest estimates on how much he could do to each area. When I called to schedule my appointment and ask about services, the receptionist was very pleasant and helped me pick out the right plan for my floor space. Lastly, the work done was great. My carpets look so much better!

You did what you promised! First of all, our appointment window was 11 - 1. At 12:15 I received a call from our tech Jeff, stating that he would be here by 12:45...and he was! He called even though he was still in the appointment window time. I appreciated that consideration. And, the carpets came out beautifully even though they are quite old. All the stains came out (except for a small area of a wax stain which Jeff talked to me about and told me what to try.) At the start of the cleaning there was a mild citrus smell. I left the house to do errands after Jeff left and came back about 3 1/2 hours later to beautiful, dry carpets and a freshness in the air. I would DEFINATELY have ZEROREZ back in my home! Thaks so much.

We heard your ad on KPOJ and made the appointment. We've had several companies "clean" our carpets, but this time they look, feel and smell clean. Our living room carpet is 32 years old and showed the history of two active sons, two dogs and a cat. The berber carpet in the great room is 22 years old, and was looking dull and gray...dirty. It was cleaned three months ago by another company, took two days to dry, and there were stains that remained. Zerorez to the rescue: my husband was amazed when he saw the dirt come up, and said it was remarkable to compare the clean carpet with the dirty carpet next to it as the technician worked. The dingy, gray look is gone...we'd forgotten how that carpet originally looked. Both carpets were dry in a five hours -- yes, the berber carpet was totally dry (warm summer days help with that). So glad you are in the Portland area and helping people like us. :)

There is so much to like about this company. First, I made my appointment online. All of the pricing was there to see so there were no financial surprises. Second, the office called me a day ahead of my appointment and reminded me of the appointment. Third, the service technician called before he came and came just when he was scheduled to come. He was very pleasant and through. He went through my home and measured, identified problem areas and to my surprise, the total was less than I expected. The entire time in my home, the technician was very thoughtful of my home and put corner protectors on my furniture and walls so they wouldn't be scuffed by cords or equipment. He took extra time on the problem areas and asked me to be sure that I was satisfied before he left. Best of all, just like I have heard on the Larz Larson show, there was no chemical smell after he was finish. Finally, the carpet dried so much faster than with other companies I have used. The finished and dried result is even better than I had hoped for. Thank you Zerorez!!

Everything went smooth. No problems to menion.

I had a bad odor in my carpet at the bottom of my stair way and you removed it with one application of your special product. That same area was cleaned previously on three separate occasions by two other carpet cleaning companies and they were unable to remove the smell. I had also used an ozone machine to try to remove the odor and was unsuccessful. In came Zerorez and out went the bad odor. Thank you Zerorez for your outstanding service.
