Cleaned very well, we had some oil dragged in on the bottom of someone's shoes and as hard as we tried to clean it , we ended up making our carpet look worse. The man that was here explained the H2O used very well and the products used to get the oil out. It looks fabulous now, you would never know we had oil on those spots. The whole rest of the carpet that was cleaned looks amazing as well.

The pre-application used for pet stains and odors seemed to have really worked. Pet odor no longer hits me in the face when I walk into the house. I had a couple of stains that did not come out - oh well. The service was friendly and timely. The cost is high, but I will use Zerorez again.
