I like that my house doesn't smell like chemicals and the carpet is soft, fresh and clean looking, and my carpet is fairly old. It hasn't been long enough to see if the dirt will gather back in the spots that attract it most. But without the use of soap, I feel confident that it won't.

I have always had a good experience, although my cushions were not totally clean. I was told that I would be getting a call back, but I have yet to hear from anyone.

We are familiar with the 11.5 water and it's cleaning properties, and as usual it dried quickly with no residue or smell.

I have always used the type of services that use "soap" & lots of water. I really appreciated the gal on the phone, Jessica,who explained your process of cleaning which made me want to try Zerorez. Tim, the service man who came to our house we just purchased, explained even further in complete details exactly how Zerorez worked. He did such a good job and is a great representative of your company. The carpets are so "soft". In fact, I recommended him to my daughter & he is cleaning hers tomorrow August 13, 2015. The house we purchased had very filthy carpets and we were thinking of replacing them. But after Zerorez cleaned them, we decided to keep them. The carpets looked fantastic and the rep was wonderful. He was very thorough and he kept us informed. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone. Our realtor said she is going to start using Zerorez for all her clients.
