Great service and technician. Took time to explain a lot about carpets and stain removal.
Primarily, the stains on our carpet have been removed, which is awesome!! The carpet overall looks brand new and now we do not feel that we need to replace our carpet. We did have the stain protectant applied. I will need to wait to see how this works in helping to remove any additional statins that we might get on our carpet as described by the gentleman who cleaned our carpets.
