Fast, friendly and efficient. Tim and John were very friendly and professional, they showed up at the very beginning of their appointment window and even called ahead to see if I wanted them to start a little early. They were all finished in about an hour and I liked that the carpets weren't saturated with water and harmful chemicals.

There could have been a problem with the hosing being able to reach my condo on the 2nd floor.Instead of getting frustrated and leaving the technician (John) came up with a solution and my carpets were cleaned and look wonderful..First heard about Zerorez listening to Morgan talk about your company on the FISH radio station.
