Whenever I hire a professional service for my home, I observe and ask questions because there is nearly always something significant to learn. All too often, however, service businesses send out folks who are trained to "go through the motions", but are not competent in regard to the process/products or the concepts that validate them. Your technician (Joel Johnson) was fantastic! He took the time to answer all of my questions and was always cordial and friendly.
