I like the idea of no residue, and I appreciated being able to get Stain Guard reapplied to our 3-1/2 year old carpet.
I've been hearing commercials for Zerorez on the radio, The Buzz 105.1, and we needed to have our home looking in tip top shape because we are getting an appraisal done. About 75% of our home is carpeted. I'd heard great things about this company, so I called and booked an appt. The guys showed up promptly on time and Tyrone was the main person doing the work. He was very friendly, informative and expressed a genuine concern for the look of our carpet as well as the deep cleaning that helps get rid of allergens.
Our carpets turned out amazing! They are light in color and do not hide dirt very well! They are also the original carpets that were installed in the house when it was built 14 years ago. They were not bad looking, but now they look brand new! We couldn't be more pleased. 😀 We will definitely use Zerorez again for sure, and we will most definitely request Tyrone when we do! Top notch service!! Thanks guys!
