I liked that no harsh chemicals are used. The only thing I was unhappy with was the scheduling got messed up and the girl at the office had us down for the 10th, not 9th of September as we had agreed on over the phone. At the reminder call I told her and you were able to come the 9th but not until 7 pm. By that time the tech had worked almost 12 hours already and I felt he really rushed through. I had marked several spots but he said not to worry about them and remove the markers. I just felt that he rushed through and a few spots did show back up next morning when it was dry. He was a nice, polite guy but I felt more dirt could have come out if he wasn't so rushed. Maybe an hour is usual time to do 800-900 sf plus 12 stairs, but it usually takes me almost that long to vacuum. I feel the process is a good one though.

Our technician was very professional and friendly. Our carpets have taken a beating over the last 13years. They came out far better than I expected! They are now soft and clean. I cannot believe great they look and feel. I have already told my friends and family to call you!

First off, I LOVE that there are no chemicals or soap used in this process but ONLY water! UNBELIEVABLE AND AMAZING! Secondly, I LOVED the smell after my carpets were cleaned, like a fresh lemon type scent, which I never experienced with any other carpet cleaning company. The worker was on time, reliable, courteous, professional, friendly, explained everything before, after, and during, and did not make my husband and I uncomfortable in our own home. I have had a spot on my carpet--a big unsightly one--for a long time. It is not visible at present, and I am so happy (I have a group of people coming over on Tuesday). I know spots often reappear after a time, but I'm so thrilled that it's not visible currently, I may not even care if it comes back. Joel was great.

Love that Zerorez will clean so many different things - and that they offered to seal my grout after deep cleaning my shower saving me the effort and the run to the hardware store.

There's no smell and the carpet is pleasant to walk on. The only thing I found was the young man did not move the night stands in my bedroom and didn't catch a couple of spots in the living room.
