They are hands down the best carpet cleaning company I have used so far, and I do not plan to use any other carpet cleaner from now on. I have used Zerorez twice now, and both times Brooks Grow cleaned my carpets, he is very professional and I trust him completely. He does an excellent job.
This is the third time we have used Zerorez and we think it is the best carpet cleaning service we have used in our 39 years living in the USA. The main attraction is the feel of the carpet after the cleaning - our carpets are 16 years old, and Zerorez seems to give them new life. On our second use, Zerorez removed a very bad stain, at first saying it may not be possible. The stain has not come back. This time they removed traces of where carpet tape holding rugs had left bad marks. In addition to the great results, all the team members we have met have been very pleasant, professional, people.

I really like the job they do. They are very solid. The guy was very businesslike, came in, did a great job. Got most of the stains out of our carpets and some of the stains have been there a decade! They are pleasant to work with and they do what they say they will do!
