I've used Zerorez for several years and have always been happy with their services. Every technician who has come out has been polite, extremely helpful, & did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I've gotten the pet treatment & am amazed at how spots & stains that I think will never come out seem to magically disappear! Actually I've told people for years now how much I like the work done by Zerorez! The people who have been to our home have been great - very nice, professional and did a really good job! Your representative, Glenn Porter, did a complete service at our job... At the time of service, I called a friend to ask for him when they needed service. You are lucky to have an employee who goes the extra mile to be sure the customer is satisfied. My carpets are as good as they can look.

Quick response to our request for carpet cleaning. Also, Justin did a great job cleaning our carpet and he successfully got the trouble spots cleaned.

The carpet feels nice, fresh and clean. A nice difference from before. The only negative is the inconvenience of our cleaner forgetting to clean the Master Bedroom closet. We have to leave it cleared out for another four days until they can come back and fix it. This area was on our original job quote and paid for on the invoice when the job was completed. Next time I will do a walk-through to make sure all areas were cleaned before I pay. It was an honest mistake, but preventable.

Upon our feedback regarding areas that were left spotty and uncleaned the first time, Zerores sent another technician, Joel, who, together with his trainee, did a great job cleaning spots and areas that were not cleaned. After he was done, we noticed a big difference! We were very pleased. We now think that our money was well spent hiring Zerores. Thank you for a job well (the second time!).
