Our wall to wall carpet were worn and stained. We knew they need to be replaced. But, we decided to try one cleaning to make it look good enough to last a little while longer before we have to buy all new carpeting.
Our cleaning technician arrived promptly...gave us his honest opinion of what he could do and what he could not do...so we would know what to expect. We decided to go ahead with the job. Steve (I believe that was his name) was very polite and worked hard. We are happy with the job. It looks much better than it did and will buy us a little more time before we need to spend $$ installing all new carpeting.
