The carpet looked absolutely beautiful when you were done. No crunch under your feet when you walk on it! The technician was polite, courteous, and kept in contact with me to let me know when he would be there. He also called me as soon as he was finished. A great job all around!! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZEROREZ AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN! We have 16 year old WHITE carpets that had been professionally cleaned only once before, but brown stains remained after they did a second cleaning. We decided to try Zerorez because we have a dog and Zerorez doesn't use toxic chemicals.

Our white carpets looked immaculate after our deep cleaning, however, brown stains surfaced in the exceptionally dirty spots after drying. Zerorez promptly came out to determine the problem and then surface cleaned our carpet. It again looked immaculate after the surface cleaning, but the exceptionally dirty problem areas had lightened when dried, but were still visible. Since Jon told me to call if this second cleaning wasn't better, I did report that the carpet still wasn't 100% clean. John was determined to make us happy customers, so he came out a third time and used a topical oxidation product on our problem areas, and the stains are now GONE.

We were so impressed with Zerorez's customer service attitude to make us happy, and the effectiveness of their natural products. White carpets are the hardest to clean, and Zerorez exceeded our expectations by treating us as if it was their own home they were cleaning. We understand some people might think carpet cleaning should be done right the first time, and that a lot of people don't have time for multiple cleanings. However, sometimes different approaches or products are necessary, as in this case. Great service tech's, nice friendly - great product/carpets smell fresh and not like chemicals- no spill is too tough - and realistic expectations (ie things like bleach that wont clean out)- pet stains that ARE significant- and YES you can save the other dirty carpets in my house... great honest feedback.

The technician was prompt (yay 8am) and he was very professional and polite. The carpet wasn't that dirty but he did an excellent job in cleaning and my carpet the next day felt very clean and looked great.

Your service rep was very efficient and did a great job on my sofa . However when I called to book the service your phone rep told me the sofa would dry in a few hours . The sofa did not dry overnight and was well into late afternoon the next day before we could sit on it. Lucky for us it was a nice sunny day and we were able to put cushions outside to dry. Overall very satisfied with end result
