Technition called when he was on his way. He was very polite and thorough. When he was done with the carpet he asked if I needed anything else cleaned like chairs, etc. my dining room chairs had food stains on them. They look brand new now!

After the carpets were cleaned it is my opinion the product used for cleaning did a good job; by appearance and feel. The technician arrived on time and called before arriving, answered all our question and was very thorough cleaning the carpets in each room. My only concern is the price charged for protective treatment; at $40/room I feel is excessively high.
The technician did a very good and complete job of getting dirt out of my carpets. He also made sure that they were well on their way to being dry!! I have used Zerorez for several cleanings, and I will continue using Zerorez to clean my carpets.
