It took a second tech to come out, but he did it! My carpet looks much better now. Dont know why the first tech didnt use a scrubber.

I was happy with the service and didn't have a smell in my home that I have had with other carpet cleaners. He took the stains out and the carpet looks great. He pointed out the foot patterns in my carpet which I had never thought of before but was good information.

Your guys were very courteous when they called to let me know they were coming. They gave me enough time to get to the location, as promised. They were dressed professionally, drove a nice clean van, and carried professional equipment, including bumper guards for the corners. Genius! The two carpet cleaners are very friendly and educational. I have family members with asthma and allergies and it was nice to know about the products. They also went out of their way to highlight a few concerns with the carpet, including a pet stain from the previous owner's small dog. They even had a black light to show me the stain. They provided some handy suggestions for future carpet care. And, the smell of the carpet cleaning product was actually pleasant and not chemical. I've already recommended you to three people. But I did warn them that they need to vacuum the carpet before your guys come, which surprised most people. I think most people don't realize that your machines need to have the carpet vacuumed before you come. You might consider offering vacuuming, but I realize that would be a whole other layer of complexity for a business. Keep up the professional work with quality team members. I'll be calling you again.
