Everything! Serviceman was clean, polite, knew his products, wanted to do the best possible job, and actually liked his job. My carpet was so stained with dirt from having just had a furnace installed and the furnace man walking back and forth from the garage. I contemplated taking the carpet out and replacing it but my niece told me about Zerorez and after my carpet was pretreated and cleaned l have the carpet that I had the day it was installed. Every stain came completely out. I am overjoyed to say the least and will not worry anymore about my carpet-- I'll just call Zerorez -- oh and the carpet is not soggy wet and dries softer than you would ever imagine. Well worth the money-- and I also learned they clean granite too so I will be scheduling that soon. Thank you Zerorez!

You get the stains out & staff are great & easy to work with

The idea of using ionized water in your technology is good and no chemicals. However the urine smell is back after the rugs dried.

I like that no chemical cleaners are used.

The guys ( Josiah and Justin) who came to our house were fantastic. Explained everything,had great advice and told us the cost before they started. Carpets stay clean for a very long time due to lack of soap. They turn out beautifully. My cleaner was able to get all stains out, including one that was oil based.

Zerorez was able to remove stains that other companies could not. The cleaners who worked at our home really went above and beyond to get tough stains out. The carpet feels so soft and almost new. We were very impressed.

I've used Zerorez for several years and have always been happy with their services. Every technician who has come out has been polite, extremely helpful, & did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I've gotten the pet treatment & am amazed at how spots & stains that I think will never come out seem to magically disappear! Actually I've told people for years now how much I like the work done by Zerorez! The people who have been to our home have been great - very nice, professional and did a really good job!
