My carpets had not been cleaned in 5 1/2 years and Glenn did such a great job. He even got out a spot in a corner where our dog and been sick that was orange colored and we had scrubbed it many times and couldn't get the color out. Sure enough it all came out and our carpets look great. I was happy to have them also put treatment I think they called it a protectant to resist stains. Glen was very thorough and explained everything well before starting.

Technician was very communicative about the process and was very cautious in move about our home. Product used seemed to be very good and didn't have a lasting smell.

Ease of making an appointment. Flexible schedule, 3 - 7 time frame. Technician provided a walk through before cleaning, and after cleaning stating when to move furniture back in place. Carpet is clean and fresh, looks brand new!

No chemical smells, fast drying, best end-result (i.e. cleanest carpet) of any service I've used. Have been a customer in GA, FL, and now here in WA.

Justin was very professional and thorough in a pre-survey of all our carpeting and giving me his advice on how certain problem areas would respond to the treatment. He also called before arriving on time. Everything that the office promised the company would do was carried out. I was very happy with the results... an excellent cleaning job. It had been 4-5 years since I had the carpets cleaned and they needed it badly! I need to call them on a regular basis and not let it go so long.
