We have been using Zerorez for several years and could not be happier with the job and customer service. Technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. We only wish the appointment times are within a two hour period, four hours is a long time especially for those with pets that may need to arrange for them to get to the kennel or other care.

I like that the carpet was soft and comfortable to walk on afterwards, not stiff and scratchy like I've experienced before. My pets were able to roam freely about the house as soon as the carpet dried. There was no odor of perfumes or anything like that. The man who came to my house was very courteous and careful. Kevin notified us a couple days before that he might be early, I spoke with the office the day of our appointment about being notified before Kevin would arrive. They promptly called him to find out his schedule and then called me back. Kevin then called when he was 30 min away. Kevin was very professional and efficient.
