Glenn Porter is a carpet cleaning super hero!!! My mother-in-law passed away in April and my husband and I purchased her house. We can't afford to rip out the gross animal pee infested carpet and there was no way I was going to grab my little carpet shampoo machine and do what Glenn did. As a matter of fact, I can picture how my own cleaning of the carpets would go....I would get upset and throw the shampooer (if that is even a word) out the window, run outside, throw myself on the ground ( cause the carpet would still be gross) and flop around throwing a huge adult tantrum!!
Glenn was awesome! His customer service was outstanding and knowledge of the equipment and what he was doing was superb!! He recommended certain things to be done to get the best cleaning and I went with it because of how he presented himself and how easy it was to understand what he was going to do.

Love the "no chemicals", love how effective the cleaning was (both carpet and sofa's), love how comfortable the carpet felt after (no crunchiness) and can't begin to say how much I appreciate the professional, friendly and personable tech that came to our home. All the way around EXCELLENT job!

The representative I spoke to on the phone went above and beyond when we couldn't figure out if we'd have access to my condo. She was very responsive and considerate. Further more the gentleman that came out the day of the cleaning was incredibly informative about the process which put me at ease. He was quick and thorough. I ended up being charged $50+ because my place was lager than we thought it was, but I'd do it all again! It was a great experience.

Not only was the technician informative , helpful and friendly, but the service was thorough, and quick to dry. One of my rooms has a very old and dirty carpet in it and the knap was restored. The carpets are soft , look great and are not smelly. I will always call on zerorez from now on!!!

Great job on older high traffic carpet. The Tech was professional, fast, showed up in the time frame and was polite. The cost was only $20 more than another carpet cleaning company we used in the past that did not get our carpets as clean as Zerorez did.
