Just like Lars Larson says, no soapy residue. Zerorez has done several of my homes and the results are far better than the rest of the Carpet Cleaners out there.
But I want to add something about the work that was done on April 26th by Tyler your new employee. We had about 15,000 sq. ft. for him to clean and he was dead tired, he should of had a helper there, and even he agreed to that. There were a few areas that were left pretty wet more than usual for Zerorez. Tyler was there from 10:30 am to almost 4 pm that day.

Between pets and life in the country - our carpets were very dirty and stained. it's been 3 weeks since Zerorez Portland cleaned the carpets and they still look amazing.

With small kiddos I like that there's no residue on my carpet. All 3 times I've used their services, I've been surprised by how knowledgeable and friendly their staff has been. I've also been surprised by the stains that have vanished. We'll call Zerorez again.

No chemicals. And it takes you 2 hours..if I was cleaning them myself it would take all day plus another day
