Scheduling the appointment was easily done online. When I did call in with a question, a person answered & was able to answer my question. Nick was professional and took time before and after to answer my questions and explain the process. The carpet in all rooms came out remarkably clean, and smells fresh. We had them cleaned 4 days ago, and to date, no spots have resurfaced which typically happen with other companies I’ve used in the past. I didn’t get any surprise increase in the price I was quoted. I will highly recommend Zerorez.
