Your technician did an excellent job explaining what he planned to do in cleaning our carpets, the options available and the costs (a stain guard). He completed his work in a timely manner and did an excellent job in cleaning our carpets!

Bentley was terrific! He explained the process clearly and appeared to do a thorough job, especially removing several deeply-soiled spots. We are anxious to see if the sub-extraction technique did its job and the spots do not return.
