Scheduling the appointment was easily done online. When I did call in with a question, a person answered & was able to answer my question. Nick was professional and took time before and after to answer my questions and explain the process. The carpet in all rooms came out remarkably clean, and smells fresh. We had them cleaned 4 days ago, and to date, no spots have resurfaced which typically happen with other companies I’ve used in the past. I didn’t get any surprise increase in the price I was quoted. I appreciated the attention to our concerns about our carpet( pet stains) and the overall professionalism in handling the job. I must say, I was dubious about the technique as it basically ionized water but I absolutely love how my carpet turned out. I had my carpet cleaned on Thursday and already recommended Zerorez on Friday! I will be using you again I’m the future.
