We have always had good service with Zerorez. The cleaners try very hard to get out all of our stains and have the carpets fresh and clean for the many children we have at church (and grown-ups too).

Technician was informative, he was professional, and I found him very delightful. My carpets not only are very clean they smell wonderful without being overpowering and they're not crunchy it basically looks like I have brand new carpet.

Chris Spencer did a great job- gave special attention to the basement stairs which were visibly dirty in a few places and now are completely clean. The carpet is lovely soft and fresh and mostly dried in 24 hours. The stairs will need a little longer.

Chris was very nice and knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions and did a very thorough job. He put plastic under the feet of a few pieces of furniture that were too heavy for me to move - so all areas that needed cleaning were done. The citrus smell was not too strong as windows were open and now it just has a hint of a nice smell.

The service was prompt and the technician kept me informed on his arrival. He went over the carpet and discussed any areas that needed treatment. He explained the process you used. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The carpet is soft clean and fluffy and doesn't have that soap residue. It didn't take long for it to dry! Very pleased!

First and very important: Ben was promptly on time. He came within the first ten minutes of the service time window. He was very courteous and fast. He respected our house by wearing booties even before he began cleaning. He cleaned our house faster than I could vacuum it. Very good job.

The appointment was easily made and follow up communication on the day of the cleaning as to timing of tech arrival was accurate.
The actual cleaning was efficient and carpet could be used soon afterwards (just no shoes).
