This is the 4th or 5th time we have used Zerorez. I like that the technicians are very business like, are competent and are clean cut professional looking. They are very careful to not do any damage to the house. Each time we use Zerorez, our carpets seem to be getting cleaner. I like that you do not using harsh chemicals. I also think the prices are reasonable and a decent value. Rainel, the guy we had yesterday, was awesome and the best one yet. We'd like him to come back when we have our carpets cleaned by you again next September!

Joel, my technician took great care in explaining everything to me and then recommending what I should do. He then told me I could choose what I wanted and showed me what everything cost. I asked him to do what ever it took to clean up the dog mistakes.
He told me what he was doing and why. He tested spots to see what to use on them. He took a long time, but did a great job. He was thorough and addressed each problem. He then told me to how to care for the carpet and any problems. It dried in the amount of time he said and looks great. I used to use ChemDry, but they charged a lot of money and were unable to get rid of the stains. I always recommend Zerorez. Joel was perfect.

We have always had good service with Zerorez. The cleaners try very hard to get out all of our stains and have the carpets fresh and clean for the many children we have at church (and grown-ups too).

Technician was informative, he was professional, and I found him very delightful. My carpets not only are very clean they smell wonderful without being overpowering and they're not crunchy it basically looks like I have brand new carpet.

Chris Spencer did a great job- gave special attention to the basement stairs which were visibly dirty in a few places and now are completely clean. The carpet is lovely soft and fresh and mostly dried in 24 hours. The stairs will need a little longer.

Chris was very nice and knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions and did a very thorough job. He put plastic under the feet of a few pieces of furniture that were too heavy for me to move - so all areas that needed cleaning were done. The citrus smell was not too strong as windows were open and now it just has a hint of a nice smell.
