Technician call ahead and arrived on time. Carpets were clean in less than an hour and for a reasonable cost. All pricing was explained and agreed upon before the job was even started so there were no surprises. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

From the contract worker (Nick?) to the job/performance of your product itself, I was very pleased with your company. Your guy tried to get deep stains out, and did his best. I will be contacting you folks soon to do follow up on these stains. Thank you once again for your service. My wife and I (and kids) were very happy.

What do you like about our products and services?

I forget the name of the gentleman who did our carpet but he did a excellent job. It is so much cleaner than the last time you cleaned it. We payed more but it was so worth it.

We had Zerorez come out to clean stairs, hallway, and furniture. The team member was cordial, timely, and knowledgeable. We will definitely have them come again next time!
