It took 1 phone call for next day service. Quick and efficient. Rainel was full of information homeowners need to know about carpet care. Example: The carpeted stairway seemed to have a dark line on the edge closest to the wall. That's from the air conditioner, he explained, then got the discoloration out! Our carpet is 9 years old but looks new again with most indentations from chairs, etc., barely noticeable. Thanks Rainel.

What do you like about our products and services?

Carpet on my stairs look amazing & smelled good also. Dried fairly quickly.
Loveseat also looks so much better. Friendly service & on time.

Technician call ahead and arrived on time. Carpets were clean in less than an hour and for a reasonable cost. All pricing was explained and agreed upon before the job was even started so there were no surprises. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

From the contract worker (Nick?) to the job/performance of your product itself, I was very pleased with your company. Your guy tried to get deep stains out, and did his best. I forget the name of the gentleman who did our carpet but he did a excellent job. It is so much cleaner than the last time you cleaned it. We payed more but it was so worth it.
