On time friendly service man. Ben explained everything we needed to know and our options. He even lowerd the price because the room was smaller than they thought when we got our quote.
He did a great job and the carpet feels good to walk on barefoot..no crunchy feel at all. We have used Zerorez before and will use them again for sure.

I don’t know what the product is that you use ,but it sure works. Barnett James cleaned my carpet and did an excellent job. He took extra time to target the stains. Very pleasant and professional. This is the 3rd time I’ve used zerorez and have been very pleased.

Technicians are always courteous and do excellent work.

The carpet is clean, and that is great. I did use a towel to get a little of the moisture up, and when I did wipe the carpet in a few spots of the heavier traffic area, there wasn't really any soil of any kind coming up, so the product that was used worked very well.

Carpets look great after cleaning and definitely feel a lot better than prior steam cleaning services.
Delivery of services was timely and efficient.
Only downsides were that technician tracked footprints across my hardwood floors and did only an "80%" clean up of the tracks left behind. Was also not given any shoe/sock covers and I made the error of getting my socks soaked when I went downstairs to leave for the day.
