We like the fact that no chemicals area used so that after the carpet is dried, there is not that crunchy feeling. Also without soap in the carpet, it does not attract more dirt. I also like that they use the black light to look for animal spots.

They always do a good job. The carpets, rug and upholstery are noticeably cleaner.

Dry time is shorter than others, carpet is soft (vs crunchy) and every technician we’ve had has been wonderful!

We have had Zero Rez do our home carpets a couple times so when we needed our office done we knew who to call. We had a nasty oil stain in the carpet and it was totally fixed! Amazing.
